Deploy AI. Stay human.
BaobabCat is not trying to replace the human layer in a business. The work is to remove drag, speed up decision support, and automate the parts of a workflow that do not deserve senior human attention.
That means strategy is only useful if it leads to implementation. Implementation is only useful if the team can adopt it. Adoption only sticks when the operating reality is respected.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Operating assumptions
- Most AI failures are workflow failures, not model failures.
- Business outcomes matter more than feature novelty.
- Human escalation, review, and ownership are product features.
- The smallest useful deployment is usually the right first deployment.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Preferred stack
- LLMs where they help reasoning, drafting, or classification.
- Workflow systems where reliability matters more than spectacle.
- Operational dashboards where teams need visibility, not noise.
- Human review loops where the cost of being wrong is meaningful.
